Professional Experience & Education

Prior to joining Baird in 2024, Will was with Citigroup where he led coverage efforts for key Financial Sponsor clients in Europe. He has extensive M&A and transaction experience for privately held and public businesses. Will started his career at J.P. Morgan where he worked across various groups including UK M&A, Global Special Opportunities Group and Diversified Industries.

Will received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree from Columbia University in New York.
