Prior to joining Baird in 2015, Damiaan was an M&A Associate at NIBC Bank in the Netherlands. Damiaan has significant experience in M&A, having successfully advised on both sell-side and buy-side transactions for financial sponsors, founders and corporate clients. He also assists clients in the Benelux region.

Damiaan received a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s degree in finance & investments from the Rotterdam School of Management at the Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
