European Debt Advisory

Paul Bail is a Managing Director in Baird’s Capital Advisory Group, providing debt advisory services to European clients. Paul joined Baird in 2012, to initiate and develop debt advisory services as part of the European M&A team. Previously, he led private equity-based debt advisory at Investec Bank plc for two years, worked at Barclays in the mid-market Leveraged Finance team for four years, leading the team for two of those years and spent eight years at Bank of America, principally in leveraged finance. His career started at Hill Samuel Corporate Banking before moving to the Strategic Development team at parent TSB. Paul has an Economics degree from Cambridge along with five blues in cricket and football.
